Just got done with using Craftsmen for a second time (apparently people just love rear-ending me!) I am blown away each time by their astounding customer service and personalized level of care for each car they service. You can tell they are in business for the right reasons and work with you through any issues you may encounter. Even if it is a bit of a drive for you, I'd recommend this body shop to anyone willing to come to Cerritos for service. You'll be repaid with great service, good prices, and top-notch repairs. Craftsmen is seriously the best body shop around! This is the second time I've had to take my car here (and even though I love them, I hope it's the last lol), but they really are amazing. My car looks brand spankin new! Can't even tell it was in an accident! And the best part is that they finished it 2 weeks earlier then the anticipated repair date. Super fast! What a great way to end 2013. Thanks to Justin and Brad for the great communication and the picture updates! That is definitely an awesome feature they offer. Happy new year!

Ok so adding to this! a dang WEEK after I got my car back from them on New Year's Eve, a girl rear ended me! I was furious
:( but I took it back to craftsmen because they're basically the only place I trust! Well they did an outstanding job once again and when I got my car back today (1-20-14), the guys here actually took the time out of their busy lives and used their hard earned money to get me a Babies R Us gift card because they saw this review on yelp. If that doesn't scream "AWESOME" then I don't know what does. Thanks again Craftsmen. You guys are simply the best around. :)

 

I got in an accident on 5/3/14. Insurance referral for my car to be fixed at Craftsmen Auto Body. When I walked in, the gentleman, Justin, helped me right away. Justin is pleasant, hospitable, and made me and the kids feel like  family. He was quick to get an assessment of damages of my car and even added extra touches to be fixed on my car. He was quick with the paperwork and arranged for Enterprise rental to pick us up to get a rental car. Enterprise took a long time to get us and we went back inside the office to wait because it was a hot day. When Justin saw us, he was quick on the phone with Enterprise. Justin was more upset than we were. When the Enterprise rep came to pick us up, he gave him an earful. I was very impressed, because it shows that he really cares about the customers and the way other parties treat their customers.  On Tuesday,my contact person, Brad sent me an email update that they were ready to fix my car and sent me a contract to sign electronically and the estimate approved from my insurance. Brad sent me an update and picture of the progress they did at the end of the day.  I called Brad the next day to ask a few questions. Brad is just as nice and as informative as Justin.  My car was finished by Friday and I was late picking it up too. Justin and Brad are the nicest and genuine men. They had excellent customer service. Even my kids made comments of how nice they really are. The place is clean and neat.  I would recommend Craftsmen to my friends and family.  To be in a bad situation of being in an accident, the kindness and great customer service from Justin and Brad made this experience pleasant. And the job they did on my car...came out looking like a brand new car!  Great people, great place  and quality job is the best combination!  Thank you Craftsmen!

 

Had a accident in my 1 month old car where the back end needed to be fixed to look brand new again.   Took it to Craftsmen and was over impressed with the whole process from the estimate to dropping it off to the updates to the final pick up.  They even had my car ready before the date the promised it by.  The daily updates were much appreciated complete with photos! ! !  I always knew the status of my work.  Two months later and my car still looks great.  Can't even tell there was an accident.  Price was very fair ! They coordinated everything directly with my insurance as well.  I was very upset that I had been involved in this accident but Craftsmen took care of making everything back to normal with minimal disruption to my life.  I wouuld highly recommend this body shop to anyone looking to get work done.  Beyond professional and quality work !
